12/02/24 CONVERSATION THAT CHANGED ME

 I was talking to one of my friends about how stressed i was over school work and he said, "why dont you try making a list? it lets you stop thinking about it and instead you can just look at your list!". At first i didnt want to because i thought it was dumb and wouldnt work so i didnt try it. But recently ive been making lists to keep track of my school work and its been working great!
