11/18/2024 Something ill never understand

 Ill never understand why people dont try. Ive noticed a lot of people recently that just haven't been trying or have been doing the bare minimum. I dont understand how its worth it, i understand that people do it to feel good in the moment or to just be lazy. But i dont get how you can do that and still sleep at night, everyday is a gift and theres enjoyment or a learning moment in everything you do and its just not worth it to do the bare minimum when doing more doesnt really take all that much more energy.

If I had to lose every sense except for one, I would choose to keep my vision. As much as i like listening to music, losing my sense of vision would be the most debilitating. It would change the way i walked, ate, i wouldn't be able to read or write ETC. I just think sight is the most important sense.

 I didn't do much over spring break! I mostly just worked as much as I could and rested. I did start working on this model car that I've had for a while which has been pretty fun! But I would say overall I had a pretty uneventful spring break

04/15/2025 Poetry

 I really liked that poem about the fear of dying that we read yesterday. I think what stuck out most about that was the way that it was written, I liked that style that it was written in. That poem made me more interested in poetry than anything else we have read so far.
